ViewPlan offer the following Option Plans for you to choose from. However, if you are looking for something different to our standard Option Plans we are always happy to discuss this with you and will endeavour to meet your requirements exactly.

Option Plans
Option Plan 1
Plan 1 is our basic service. You measure the property and sketch the layout. We then produce the final floor plan from your measurements and sketch. See our Service Guide for an overview.

Option Plan 2
Plan 2 eliminates the need for you to produce the draft layout sketch of the property. You measure the property; we visit the property and produce the draft layout sketch. We then produce the final floor plan from your measurements and our sketch.

Option Plan 3
Plan 3 is the most comprehensive option. We measure, sketch and produce the final floor plan. Full dimensional details of the property are also included for your use.
